In the present scenario, every country has its own safety and efficiency requirements for electrical installations, which should be strictly followed by every landlord. The new update BS 5839-6:2019, which replaces the currently existing version, BS 5839-6:2013  is now applicable across the UK. This new update is applicable to new buildings, domestic premises, and existing properties. Undoubtedly, this is an enhanced guide, which majorly emphasis on the fire risk assessment.
